• Able to lift up to 40 pounds and stay active during shift.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, guiding their shopping experience from arrival to purchase.
• Assist guests in selecting products by offering recommendations and product knowledge.
• Promote products and support department sales goals to drive retail performance.
• Process transactions accurately following cash handling and payment procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized retail environment with proper stock and presentation.
• Support inventory management and ensure consistent guest service on the sales floor.
