MBK Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Wellness Programming Assistant/Driver to support daily group programs across IL/AL settings on a full-time Tue-Sat schedule. You’ll assist with planning, materials, and transportation, helping residents engage in meaningful activities and outings with warmth and hospitality.

You will work under the Director of Wellness Programming, ensuring safety, accessibility, and a welcoming environment while promoting MBK's values of Ageless Explorations and Better

Formación

• Experience assisting with group programs for seniors.
• Ability to drive residents to appointments and outings.
• Strong interpersonal skills and warmth.

Responsabilidades

• Build supportive relationships with residents to understand interests and plan engaging programs and outings.
• Escort residents to programs and provide transportation as needed.
• Prepare and organize program spaces and materials for safety and accessibility.
• Collaborate with volunteers and partners; use systems for documentation and reporting.
• Support the Director of Wellness Programming with administrative tasks.
