Job summary

The Joint Chiropractic in Colorado Springs is seeking a Wellness Coordinator to improve patient experience, manage front desk operations, and support clinic growth. This role combines hospitality with sales, in a fast-paced wellness setting.

Starting pay is $16 per hour with a bonus potential, with opportunities for career growth within The Joint network. This is a part-time to full-time position based at our Broadmoor location.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of customer service and sales experience preferred.
• Strong phone, computer, and multitasking skills.
• Energetic, motivated, and confident in a goal-driven environment.
• Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset.
• Must be able to stand/sit for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Office management or marketing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients with a professional first impression.
• Manage patient flow through the clinic in a timely, organized manner.
• Present and sell wellness plans and memberships confidently.
• Support sales goals by converting patients into members.
• Answer calls and assist with scheduling and inquiries.
• Re-engage inactive members and update patient records in POS.
• Assist with clinic marketing and community outreach.
• Maintain a clean front desk and clinic environment.
• Collaborate with team and chiropractors to ensure a positive patient experience.
