Job summary

The Joint Chiropractic is seeking a Wellness Coordinator to grow membership and deliver world-class service to patients. This role supports our fast-paced clinics, with a schedule of Monday, Friday-Sunday, and a compensation range of $14–$16 per hour including commission.

You will engage with new and existing members, educate them on wellness offerings, operate POS software, and coordinate visits. A high school diploma is required and at least one year of sales experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of sales experience.
• Strong phone and computer skills.
• Ability to stand or sit for long periods.
• Lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Gains memberships to meet sales goals.
• Greet members and patients upon arrival and check them in.
• Answer phone calls.
• Re-engage inactive members.
• Stay updated on membership options and promotions.
• Maintain clean, organized workspace and clinic.
• Present and sell memberships and visit packages.
• Keep management informed of member concerns and follow policies.
