Qualifications

• Minimum one year of customer service and sales experience preferred.
• Strong phone, computer, and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients with a friendly, professional first impression.
• Manage patient flow through the clinic in a timely, organized manner.
• Present and sell wellness plans and memberships confidently and accurately.
• Support sales goals by converting patients into members.
• Answer calls and assist with scheduling and inquiries.
• Maintain up-to-date patient records in POS system.
• Assist with clinic marketing and community outreach.
• Keep front desk and clinic environment clean and organized.
