NutraBody Wellness Centers seeks a Patient Coordinator/Medical Receptionist to ensure an exceptional patient experience in a busy wellness office. You will greet patients, manage scheduling, and handle front desk responsibilities while supporting care plans and charting.

The role offers flexible full-time or part-time hours, paid training, and opportunities for growth within a collaborative team focused on meaningful patient care.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer-facing experience in a high-volume office environment.
• Service-focused; provide a positive, welcoming experience for every patient.
• Tech-savvy; comfortable using Microsoft Office, including Excel for data entry.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients, check them in/out, and create a warm, professional experience.
• Answer calls, respond to inquiries, schedule appointments, manage calendars, confirm bookings.
• Coordinate orders; place patient vitamin and supplement orders, complete transactions, collect payments.
• Prepare medical charts, direct patients to exam rooms, assist with care plan documentation.
• Enter lab data and keep patient and care plan spreadsheets accurate.
