Job summary

The Joint Corp. is hiring an experienced Wellness Coordinator to join our front desk team in Boise.

You will ensure a smooth patient experience from check-in to checkout, manage busy patient flow, and promote memberships while supporting clinic operations across multiple locations. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in front-desk or healthcare-facing roles, strong sales and communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of front-desk, customer service, sales or healthcare experience preferred.
• Experience in a busy, customer-facing environment is highly valued.
• Healthcare/medical office exposure and POS familiarity are preferred.
• Strong ability to explain services and memberships clearly.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary front-desk contact from check-in through checkout with a premium experience.
• Manage patient flow, accuracy, efficiency, and a welcoming environment.
• Explain wellness plans, pricing, and services to patients and drive memberships.
• Support revenue and membership goals through effective communication and relationship building.
• Handle scheduling, questions, concerns professionally and resolve issues independently.
• Maintain accurate patient records, memberships, payments in POS/computer systems.
• Assist with opening/closing, cash handling, and daily reconciliation.
