Job summary

The Joint Corp. in Thornton, CO is seeking a Wellness Coordinator to join our fast-paced retail healthcare team.

This full-time role focuses on front desk operations, patient check-in, and driving membership sales by presenting wellness plans and building relationships with patients. As a customer-focused professional, you will greet patients, schedule appointments, maintain records in POS software, and support clinic marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 1 year of customer service and sales experience preferred.
• Ability to operate POS systems and manage patient records.
• Ability to stand/sit for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients, providing a friendly and professional first impression
• Manage the flow of patients through the clinic in a timely, organized manner
• Present and sell wellness plans and membership packages confidently and accurately
• Support the clinic's sales goals by converting new and returning patients into members
• Answer phone calls and assist with appointment scheduling and patient inquiries
• Re-engage inactive members and maintain up-to-date patient records using POS software
• Assist with clinic marketing efforts and community outreach
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and clinic environment
• Collaborate with team members and chiropractors to ensure a positive patient experience
