Job summary

The Joint Chiropractic invites an experienced Wellness Coordinator to join a fast-paced, patient-focused front desk team. You’ll be the first and last touchpoint for patients, guiding them through check-in, checkout, and wellness plans with empathy and accuracy.

In this role, you’ll drive membership sales, support clinic revenue goals, and maintain flawless front-office operations across multiple locations, while upholding patient confidentiality and exceptional service standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of front-desk, customer service, sales, healthcare, medical office, dental, chiropractic, or similar experience preferred
• Experience in a high-volume, customer-facing environment
• Healthcare or medical office experience is highly preferred
• Strong sales and customer service skills with ability to explain services and memberships
• Experience with cash handling and daily reconciliation is a plus

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary front-desk contact for patients, providing an exceptional experience from check-in through checkout
• Manage a busy patient flow while maintaining accuracy and a welcoming environment
• Explain wellness plans, memberships, pricing, and services to patients
• Support clinic revenue and membership goals through communication and relationship building
• Cultivate patient education on available services to encourage continued care
• Answer calls and manage scheduling professionally
• Maintain accurate patient information, memberships, and transactions in POS and systems
• Re-engage inactive members and follow up to encourage ongoing care
• Assist with opening/closing procedures and daily reconciliation
• Maintain a clean, organized reception and clinic area
• Contribute to local marketing and patient retention initiatives
• Collaborate with chiropractors and staff to ensure smooth operations
