The Joint Chiropractic is seeking an experienced Wellness Coordinator to join our front desk team across Treasure Valley locations. You will enhance the patient experience, help manage busy clinics, and support membership growth while maintaining a high standard of care.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of front-desk or healthcare office experience, strong customer service and sales skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• 2+ years of front-desk, customer service, sales, healthcare, medical office, dental, chiropractic, or similar experience preferred.
• Healthcare or medical office experience is highly preferred.
• Experience with POS systems and payment processing.

Mansioni

• Serve as the primary front-desk contact for patients, from check-in through checkout.
• Manage busy patient flow with accuracy and efficiency.
• Explain wellness plans, memberships, pricing, and services to patients.
• Support clinic revenue and membership goals through effective communication and sales.
• Re-engage inactive members and follow up to encourage continued care.
• Maintain accurate patient information and transactions in POS systems.
