Job summary

The Joint Chiropractic is seeking an experienced Wellness Coordinator/Front Desk role to manage a busy clinic in Treasure Valley locations. You will handle check-in to checkout, explain wellness plans, and drive patient satisfaction while supporting revenue goals.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years at the front desk in healthcare or similar settings, with POS experience, strong communication, and the ability to travel between multiple sites. Training and benefits provided.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of front-desk or related experience.
• Experience with POS systems and patient records.
• Excellent communication and sales ability.
• Ability to travel between 6 Treasure Valley locations.
• Spanish-speaking preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary front-desk contact for patients, from check-in to checkout.
• Manage patient flow with accuracy, efficiency, and a welcoming environment.
• Explain wellness plans, memberships, pricing, and services to patients.
• Support clinic revenue and membership goals through communication and sales.
• Maintain accurate patient information, memberships, and payments in POS systems.
• Assist with opening/closing, cash handling, and daily reconciliation.
• Assist with local marketing and patient retention initiatives.
• Work closely with doctors and staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow company policies.
