Job summary

Live Hydration Spa is seeking a Full-time Receptionist to welcome clients, educate them on IV therapy and wellness services, and promote service packages. You will manage appointments, handle inquiries, and support the team in daily operations with a friendly, professional approach.

The role requires CRM proficiency, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced spa environment, while upholding compliance and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in a relevant field of study; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and basic computer skills.
• Minimum of 2 years applicable experience in receptionist roles or relevant customer service experience.
• Background in fitness, sports nutrition, and/or med spa services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and clients with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Educate clients about IV therapy and wellness services; promote service packages.
• Schedule appointments and manage CRM-based calendars.
• Answer and place phone calls; relay messages internally.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state regulations and store policies.
• Assist with social media content and customer inquiries.
• Handle mail, packages, and stock supplies.
