Job summary

Hydration Room is seeking a Wellness Coordinator to welcome patients and serve as the primary clinic contact during visits. You will check in patients, verify paperwork, assist the RN, schedule follow-ups, and process payments, while guiding clients through treatments and memberships.

The role emphasizes high-end customer service, health awareness, and cross-clinic coverage across Newport Beach and surrounding areas. Part-time shifts include weekends and evenings.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in high-volume patient or customer service settings (medical reception, wellness, spa, or retail).
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinic environment with accuracy.
• Comfort discussing pricing, memberships, and services with clients.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients as the primary clinic contact and manage check-in.
• Support the RN and coordinate scheduling, paperwork, and payments.
• Promote service packages and memberships during education and checkout.
