Hydration Room is seeking a Wellness Coordinator to warmly welcome patients, manage check-in, answer questions, and guide them through our wellness offerings. You will support the RN, schedule visits, and process payments in a fast-paced, patient-focused clinic.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in customer service, strong organization, and comfort discussing pricing and memberships. This full-time role offers flexible scheduling and opportunities for growth within a health-focused practice.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a high-volume patient or customer service environment.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively under pressure.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail and time management.
• Strong educational sales aptitude with comfort discussing pricing, value, and memberships.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and act as primary clinic contact during wellness visits.
• Assist the RN and support daily clinic operations.
