Job summary

Hydration Room seeks a Wellness Coordinator to ensure a warm, refined patient experience from check-in through checkout. You’ll verify paperwork, answer questions, schedule appointments, assist the RN, and process payments while delivering elevated, high-touch service.

You’ll work 2-3 shifts weekly, including at least one weekend shift, across Venice Beach, Santa Monica, Culver City and Brentwood clinics. Prior premium hospitality and POS/scheduling familiarity are a plus, with benefits for

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years in a high-volume patient or customer service environment.
• 1+ year in high-end service or boutique hospitality preferred.
• Availability for 8:00am–8:00pm and at least one weekend shift per week.
• Commitment to working at all listed locations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with and support the RN in providing care to patients in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist the RN in opening and/or closing the clinic each day.
• Perform basic administrative, clerical, and technical tasks to coordinate patient care.
• Manage phones and document calls in a timely manner as needed.
• Maintain clinic and nursing supplies inventory and record deliveries.
• Promote service packages and memberships.
• Deliver Five Star Customer Service to ensure a positive patient experience.
• Uphold patient confidentiality and dignity.
