Job summary

LIVE Hydration Spa is seeking a friendly Front Desk / Client Experience Associate to join our wellness team. This part-time role requires Tue/Thu 2pm–6pm with some weekend shifts, focusing on welcoming clients, scheduling, check-in/out, and educating guests on our IV therapy, injections, PEMF, and other services.

We value people who enjoy helping clients feel cared for, provide excellent service, and can multitask in a small team setting. Training is available for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Educate clients about IV therapy, injections, PEMF, red light therapy, peptides, and other wellness services.
• Support membership enrollment and client retention.
• Keep the front desk and spa clean, organized, and ready for clients.
• Assist nurses and other team members as needed.
• Follow up with clients and help ensure questions are answered.
• Take ownership of problems and help find solutions rather than simply passing them along.

LIVE Hydration Spa is looking for an outgoing, dependable, and client-focused Front Desk / Client Experience Associate to join our team.

Our front desk team plays an important role in creating the experience our clients have from the moment they walk through the door. We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys people, communicates well, takes initiative, and can help clients feel comfortable and cared for.

This is a part-time position. We are currently looking for someone who is available Tuesday and Thursday afternoons from 2pm - 6pm, along with some weekend shifts. Please make sure this availability works for you before applying.

Previous front desk, hospitality, retail, spa, fitness, or sales experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person.
