Job summary

Reclaim Hyperbarics & Wellness is seeking a friendly, proactive Front Desk Receptionist to greet clients and manage the front desk in a busy wellness clinic. You will schedule appointments, answer calls, and guide clients through our services and memberships with a welcoming demeanor.

Ideal candidates communicate clearly, are self-motivated, and excel at multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with scheduling tools, CRM, Google Workspace, and Office is preferred.

• Proficient with Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with a friendly, professional, and upbeat positive attitude.
• Schedule and manage client appointments using our scheduling software.
• Answer phones, respond to messages, and communicate effectively with clients and team members.
• Educate clients about our wellness services, memberships, and retail products.
• Recommend and sell services, memberships, and products based on client needs.
• Process payments and maintain accurate client records.
• Assist in preparing clients for select wellness modalities according to clinic procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area and clinic environment.
• Assist with opening and closing duties and other daily operational tasks.
• Work collaboratively with the clinical team to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Take initiative to identify and complete tasks without constant direction.
