Bodenvy is seeking a friendly, energetic Front Desk Receptionist to join our growing wellness team. You will be the first point of contact, creating a welcoming, professional experience for clients and staff alike.

Responsibilities include greeting clients, managing check-ins/outs, scheduling, answering calls, processing payments, and maintaining organized records, with opportunities for advancement and training within a collaborative environment.

Qualifikationen

• Front desk, receptionist, or customer service experience preferred.
• Experience in a med spa, medical office, wellness center, or similar environment is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, professional, and positive attitude.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm in a busy environment.
• Comfortable using computers, scheduling software, and basic office technology.
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Greet clients warmly and provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Manage client check-ins, check-outs, and appointment scheduling.
• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to client inquiries professionally.
• Confirm appointments and assist with rescheduling as needed.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure required paperwork is completed.
• Process payments and assist with general administrative tasks.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
• Communicate effectively with treatment providers, sales consultants, and management to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Assist with client follow-ups and appointment reminders.
• Support the team with additional administrative and operational tasks as needed.
