Job summary

Canyon Ranch Operating, LLC invites a guest services associate to welcome guests, guide them through the Vitality spaces, assist with equipment, and process retail and appointments using Canyon Ranch software.

You will maintain spaces, stock supplies, and provide personalized support, leveraging your interpersonal skills and BLS training. The role includes generous benefits and opportunities for growth within the Canyon Ranch network.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Completion of a medical Assistant, Clinical Technician, or similar allied health training program.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes guests with a warm, friendly smile, ensures they are signed up for Canyon Ranch Vitality daily use, and provides an overview of the concept, benefits, technology, and equipment available in each space.
• Assists guests with setting up and using equipment, answers questions, anticipates and responds to guest needs, and provides personalized support throughout their experience.
• Maintains Canyon Ranch Vitality spaces to the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, safety, and presentation, including cleaning equipment between guest use and completing daily opening and closing procedures.
• Ensures all supplies and refreshments are fully stocked and readily available for guests.
• Provides knowledgeable guidance on Canyon Ranch Vitality retail products, including their practical use and application, and accurately processes retail purchases using Canyon Ranch software.
• Uses Canyon Ranch software to schedule and modify guest appointments, and recommends appropriate complementary services and activities to enhance the overall guest experience.
