Position Summary
Your role at The Joint Chiropractic will be to serve as a trusted advisor and a leader within the clinic, supporting doctors, maintaining efficient processes, and ensuring a welcoming experience for every patient. This position is suitable for both seasoned clinicians and newcomers, offering a high-volume practice environment where eye‑keeping quality care while maximizing patient throughput.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform clinic administrative processes, patient support, and education.
- Utilize point‑of‑sale software to complete transactions.
- Maintain daily and monthly performance goals.
- Manage patient relationships, supporting doctor protocols.
- Resolve patient and visitor complaints, or refer them to appropriate personnel.
- Persuade patients, selling memberships and packages.
- Educate patients on wellness offerings and services.
- Handle clinic phone calls and walk‑ins.
- Greet patients and assist them in completing required paperwork.
- Ensure clean clinic environment and organized workspace.
- Keep all member accounts accurate and current.
- Adapt to changing clinic needs and support a team culture of excellence.
