Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic office equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Work with doctors and professionals in a wellness chiropractic clinic.
  • Perform clinic administrative tasks, patient support and education, and POS transactions.
  • Meet daily and monthly performance goals.
  • Maintain patient relationships and support doctor protocols.
  • Persuade and sell memberships and packages.
  • Educate patients on wellness offerings and services.
  • Manage clinic phone calls and walk-ins, greet patients and assist with paperwork.
  • Maintain clinic cleanliness and organization; ensure accounts are current.

Position Summary

Your role at The Joint Chiropractic will consist of you becoming a part of a team changing the face of chiropractic as we know it. You will be a trusted advisor and leader in your office and community helping us further our mission. We are on a mission to make routine chiropractic care more affordable and accessible in every community we serve. You will be serving in a high-volume practice where all exams are done efficiently and effectively, allowing you to serve more, safely. This position is designed for season and new doctors alike, as we create an environment where learning is constant and you have the support necessary to focus on what is important, serving every person who walks in with the desire to be on a path to wellness.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • As aWellness Clinic Coordinator with The Joint Chiropractic you will work with a team of doctors and professionals in a modern, wellness-based chiropractic clinic where positivity and relationship building are essential to being successful.
  • Coordinators must be excellent multitaskers. Able to perform clinic administrative processes, patient support and education, and transaction completion using point of sale software.
  • Clinic Coordinators have daily and monthly performance goals that must be met.
  • Daily responsibilities focus on maintaining patient relationships, supporting doctor protocols, and resolving patient and visitor complaints directly or by channeling them to appropriate personnel for resolution.
  • Strong ability to persuade, selling memberships and packages.
  • Educate patients on wellness offerings and services
  • Manage clinic phone calls and walk-ins
  • Greet patients and assist patients in completing required paperwork
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the clinic and organizations of workspace
  • Ensure all member account are current and accurate
  • Complete transactions using point of sale software
Part-Time/Variable Employees Other Benefits and Compensation
  • Oregon Sick Leave (OSL): All employees are eligible to accrue and use OSL in accordance with state law.
  • Paid Leave Oregon (PLO): Eligible for the statewide paid leave program if they have earned at least $1,000 in the prior year.
  • Oregon Military Family Leave: Eligible for up to 14 days of unpaid leave per deployment if they work an average of 20+ hours per week.
  • Retirement: All employees are eligible to participate in the company 401(k) retirement plan.

  • This position may be eligible for performance-based bonuses and commissions based on the sale of membership packages.
