Position Summary
Your role at The Joint Chiropractic will consist of becoming a trusted advisor and leader in your office and community. You will help further our mission to make routine chiropractic care more affordable and accessible. In this high‑volume practice, all exams are completed efficiently and effectively, allowing you to serve more patients safely. This position is designed for seasoned and new doctors alike, with an environment that supports continuous learning and focus on patient wellness.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Work with a team of doctors and professionals in a modern, wellness‑based chiropractic clinic where positivity and relationship building are essential.
- Excel at multitasking by performing clinic administrative processes, patient support, education, and transaction completion using point‑of‑sale software.
- Meet daily and monthly performance goals.
- Maintain patient relationships and support doctor protocols.
- Resolve patient and visitor complaints directly or channel them to appropriate personnel.
- Persuade patients to purchase memberships and packages.
- Educate patients on wellness offerings and services.
- Manage clinic phone calls and walk‑ins.
- Greet patients and assist them in completing required paperwork.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the clinic and organization of the workspace.
- Ensure all member accounts are current and accurate.
- Complete transactions using point‑of‑sale software.
Qualifications

- Enthusiastic approach to customer service.
- Confident in presenting and selling service offerings.
- Able to stand and/or sit for long periods of time.
- Able to lift to 50 pounds.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Able to use office equipment: computer, scanner, phone system.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
