Job summary

The Hydration Room in Goleta, CA is seeking a Wellness Coordinator to deliver elevated service in a fast-paced, boutique setting. You will be the first point of contact for patients, checking in, answering questions, scheduling, and processing payments, partnering with the RN to create a warm, refined experience.

The role is part-time, requiring 2-3 shifts per week with at least one weekend shift, and candidates should have 2+ years in high-volume customer service or hospitality.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a high-volume patient or customer service environment.
• 1+ year in high-end customer service or boutique hospitality.
• Schedule flexibility between 8:00am – 8:00pm.
• Availability to work a minimum of one weekend shift per week.
• Commitment to work at all listed locations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with and support the RN in providing care to patients in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist the RN in opening and/or closing the clinic each day.
• Perform basic administrative, clerical, and technical tasks to coordinate patient care.
• Manage phones, including answering calls and documenting calls in a timely manner.
• Maintain clinic and nursing supplies inventory by checking stock and recording receipts.
• Promote service packages and memberships.
• Deliver Five Star Customer Service to ensure a positive patient experience.
• Uphold standards of confidentiality and dignity.
