Hydration Room is seeking a Wellness Coordinator to welcome patients, manage check-in, answer questions, and support the RN during wellness visits. You will assist with scheduling, payments, and provide information on our IV and injection therapies and membership options.

The role emphasizes compassionate, client-focused service, strong organization, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinic with weekend shifts and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a high-volume patient or customer service environment.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively under pressure.
• Excellent organization, attention to details and time management.
• Strong educational sales aptitude with comfort discussing pricing, value, and memberships.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and be their primary clinic contact during wellness visits.
• Check-in, validate paperwork, answer questions, provide beverages and snacks.
• Assist the RN and schedule future visits; process payments.
• Educate patients about wellness treatments and membership options to meet health goals.
• Maintain a compassionate, customer-obsessed approach and ensure a clean, safe environment.
