Job summary

Hydration Room is seeking a Wellness Coordinator to welcome patients, manage check-in, paperwork, and payments, and support the RN throughout wellness visits.

You will educate patients on treatments, memberships, and options while delivering a warm, elevated service. This part-time role requires availability for 2–3 shifts weekly, including at least one weekend shift, with competitive hourly pay and tips.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a high-volume patient or customer service environment (e.g., medical reception, spa/wellness concierge, boutique fitness sales, guest services).
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively under pressure.
• Excellent organization, attention to details and time management.
• Strong educational sales aptitude with comfort discussing pricing, value, and memberships.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist patients as the primary clinic contact during wellness visits.
• Check-in, validate paperwork, provide beverages and snacks, and assist the RN.
• Schedule future visits and process payments; guide patients on treatments and memberships.
