• Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed

Responsibilities

• Welcome every guest with warmth and hospitality
• Ensure a seamless check-in and check-out experience
• Build relationships with members and guests in the community
• Anticipate guest needs and create memorable experiences that inspire loyalty
• Educate guests on massage services, enhancements, memberships, and retail offerings
• Confidently recommend products and services that fit each guest's wellness journey
• Encourage membership enrollment and contribute to sales goals
• Schedule and manage appointments with accuracy
• Assist with opening and closing procedures
• Maintain a calming boutique environment and partner with leadership to improve processes
• Support therapists and fellow team members to foster a positive work culture
