Job summary

The NOW Massage Greenwood Village is seeking energetic, guest-focused Experience Guides to deliver a memorable wellness experience in a fast-paced boutique. You’ll greet guests, educate them on memberships, and help grow our membership community with a warm, professional approach.

As an Experience Guide you will schedule appointments, manage guest communications, and support a high-performing team while working a flexible FT/PT schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in hospitality, retail, or membership sales.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confidence asking for the sale and promoting memberships.
• Excellent organization and multitasking abilities.
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset.
• Availability for evenings, weekends and some holidays.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Welcome every guest with warmth and professionalism.
• Build relationships turning first-time guests into members.
• Educate guests on memberships, enhancements, retail products, and gift cards.
• Confidently recommend services to enhance guest experience.
• Schedule appointments, answer phones, and manage guest communications.
• Resolve guest concerns with empathy and professionalism.
• Keep the boutique organized, clean, and running smoothly.
• Open and close the boutique according to company standards.
• Work with a team committed to wellness and hospitality.
