Carolina Country Club in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Wellness Attendant to provide welcoming, friendly customer service to members and families, while enforcing safety policies and maintaining a clean, secure wellness facility.

The role emphasizes professional conduct, effective communication, and the ability to handle routine check-in tasks, merchandise sales, and general support for the Wellness Director and staff.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service to club members and families, with a professional, respectful and friendly manner.
• Excellent communication skills including reading, writing, speaking and understanding English.
• Capable of lifting up to 30 pounds and standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Open and close wellness facilities, including turning on/off steam rooms and locking doors.
• Handle check-in, merchandise sales, and end-of-night POS close when applicable.
• Greet and welcome members entering the Wellness Building.
• Keep coffee station stocked and tidy at all times.
• Assist Wellness Director with supplies and orders as needed.
• Monitor for waste or theft of supplies and report concerns.
• Address complaints regarding the fitness department and communicate with the Director.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and engineering on issues as they arise.
• Ensure fitness areas are clean and functioning; perform walk-throughs.
