Job summary

The Cliffs is seeking a Wellness Center Attendant to support the wellness centers across our communities in Arden, NC. The role emphasizes delivering a welcoming experience, coordinating services, and maintaining clean, well-stocked facilities for members and guests.

Qualified candidates will have a High School Diploma, CPR/AED certification, and at least one year of administrative coordination experience, with proficiency in Word/Excel/Access/Outlook.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• First-Aid/CPR/AED certification required.
• At least one year of administrative coordination experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook Express.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Deliver The Cliffs experience to members, guests of members, and discovery guests.
• Maintain a warm, welcoming environment with consistent facility presentation and amenity replenishment.
• Coordinate service offerings with team members and independent contractors to meet member requests.
• Respond to member inquiries in a timely and thorough manner and ensure member satisfaction.
