Job summary

The Cliffs is seeking a Wellness Center Attendant to help deliver the premium experience across our community wellness centers in Arden, NC. You will support daily operations, ensure a welcoming atmosphere, and coordinate guest services with team members to meet member expectations.

Responsibilities include assisting guests, maintaining facility presentation, and staying informed about events and offerings within the Center and across the community.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• First-Aid/CPR/AED Certification required.
• At least one year of administrative coordination experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook Express.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work well with people on the phone and in-person.
• Ability to problem solve and ensure member satisfaction.
• Must be willing to learn new skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver The Cliffs experience to Members, Guests of Members, and Discovery Guests.
• Maintain warm, welcoming environment across Wellness Centers.
• Coordinate service offerings with team members and contractors.
• Stay informed about events and provide timely updates to Members and Guests.
