The role focuses on coordinating programs, assisting residents in accessing resources, and fostering a safe, inclusive environment while collaborating with staff and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a welcoming and approachable resource for residents and address wellness-related needs promptly.
• Coordinate wellness programs, activities, and events supporting physical, emotional, social, and mental well-being.
• Assist residents in accessing services, resources, and referrals as appropriate.
• Monitor community needs and communicate observations to the team.
• Maintain accurate records of resident interactions, program participation, and follow-up actions.
• Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and leadership to support satisfaction and program success.
• Support onboarding and orientation for new residents to help them feel informed and connected.
• Promote respect, inclusion, and wellness across the residence.
• Identify opportunities to improve services, engagement, and resident experience.
