Prismhr Hire is seeking a dependable and energetic individual to support engaging daily activities and enrichment experiences for participants in a welcoming, team-oriented environment. You will help plan, set up, and facilitate recreational, social, and educational activities to keep participants active and involved.

In this part-time role you will provide friendly support, encourage participation, and help maintain a safe, organized space.

Qualifications

Experience in recreation, caregiving, customer service, education, or similar support roles preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work with diverse individuals in a professional, courteous manner.

Responsibilities

Assist with planning, setup, and facilitation of recreational, social, and educational activities.
Provide friendly, respectful support to participants during programs.
Encourage participation and help create a positive, inclusive atmosphere.
Prepare activity materials, supplies, and space before events.
Monitor participant engagement and provide assistance as needed.
Support transitions between activities and help maintain schedules.
Communicate observations or participant needs to team members.
Help maintain a safe, clean activity environment.
Follow established policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
