Job summary

CRISTA Senior Living seeks a Health and Development Manager to lead employee development, health and wellness programming, and resident engagement. You will collaborate with the Executive Director and Nursing team to create a health-focused environment for residents and staff, aligning with CRISTA's mission.

The role emphasizes program development, staff training, and interdepartmental teamwork to promote well-being and quality of life for older adults under Christian principles.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and multitasking ability in a senior living setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with residents and staff.
• Experience in training, orientation and coaching of employees.
• Six months with older adults, including dementia or memory-related impairments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hiring, onboarding, and separation processes; conduct annual reviews as needed.
• Coordinate office activities and daily operations; ensure policy compliance.
• Maintain accurate, confidential employee and program records.
• Ensure required documentation and training records are current.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, vendors, and visitors.
• Develop health, wellness, and engagement programs; collaborate with leadership.
