Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3 years as a Registered Dietitian or related wellness role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of evidence-based interventions and industry standards for lifestyle coaching.
• Oversee panel of members by assessing health needs and triaging to resources.
• Create care plans addressing identified needs with goals and follow-up contacts.
• Demonstrate clinical outcomes and cost savings from wellness interventions.
