Qualificações

• Master's degree in Nutrition, Health Education, Health Promotion, Exercise Science, Public Health, Social Work/Psychology, Health or Clinical related field (or equivalent experience)

Responsabilidades

• Maintain knowledge of evidence-based interventions for lifestyle coaching (tobacco cessation, weight management, sleep hygiene, stress management, nutrition, activity, maternal health)
• Oversee a specified member panel; assess health management needs and identify interventions
• Create care plans addressing needs, remove barriers, coordinate resources, schedule regular progress reassessments
• Demonstrate clinical outcomes and cost savings from wellness interventions across diverse member groups
• Document all activities in compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards
• Participate in workgroups to improve wellness coaching efficiency and program development
• Perform additional duties as assigned
