Job summary

The role emphasizes customer service, HIPAA compliance, and teamwork to ensure a positive patient experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows is expected; a two-year degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Two-year degree or more is preferred but not required.
• Previous experience in customer service must be demonstrated.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows is required.

Responsibilities

• Verify insurance coverage and benefits for patients.
• Create financial worksheets for patient accounts.
• Deliver financial reviews with patients based on treatment plans.
• Make product and supplement recommendations per doctor’s plan.
• Scan incoming insurance EOBs and file appropriately.
• Assist with marketing campaigns and community outreach.
• Weekly patient reporting and data accuracy.
