HealthSource® - America's Chiropractor is a fast-paced chiropractic clinic looking for a detail-oriented administrative professional who can handle insurance verifications, patient financial reviews, and front-desk coordination with a customer-first mindset.

You will contribute to a supportive patient experience, assist with marketing efforts, and help manage data integrity while collaborating with the doctor and rehab team to keep operations efficient and friendly.

Qualifications

• Two-year degree or higher preferred.
• Experience in customer service and sales required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows required.
• Strong multitasking and communication skills essential.
• Experience in medical or chiropractic office setting preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform insurance verifications.
• Create financial worksheets and deliver financial reviews to patients.
• Make product and supplement recommendations based on doctor’s treatment plan.
• Scan incoming insurance EOBs and manage patient accounts.
• Assist with marketing campaigns and community outreach.
• Maintain HIPAA confidentiality and accurate patient records.
• Support front desk and doctor to ensure smooth patient flow and positive experience.
