You will perform insurance verifications, create financial worksheets, and deliver financial reviews with patients while supporting marketing campaigns and outreach. Ideal candidates have at least a two-year degree, strong customer service experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Windows.

Qualifications

• Two-year degree or more is preferred but not required.
• Previous experience in customer service must be demonstrated.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform insurance verifications and create financial worksheets.
• Deliver financial reviews with patients.
• Support marketing campaigns and community outreach.
• Weekly patient reporting and maintain HIPAA confidentiality.
• Manage patient accounts and assist with front desk operations.
• Handle miscellaneous administrative tasks.
