Qualifications

• 1–3 years in customer service, medical office, chiropractic, dental, or high-end retail/hospitality.
• Strong communication and confidence with people.
• Organized with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable discussing finances and guiding decision-making conversations.
• Proficient with scheduling systems and office tools.
• Team player who takes ownership and thrives on results.

Responsibilities

• Welcome every patient with warmth, professionalism, and confidence.
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage the daily flow of the clinic.
• Conduct financial consultations and present care plans to new patients.
• Help patients understand their treatment options and commit to care.
• Support patient retention and visit plan compliance.
• Handle payments, insurance verification, and collections accurately.
• Maintain a smooth, organized, and positive front office environment.
• Support clinic marketing and community outreach efforts.
