Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations and ensure smooth front desk coverage.
• Model the company culture and maintain professional image across staff, members, and guests.
• Conduct regular coaching sessions and provide performance feedback to staff.
• Communicate issues, opportunities, and risks to Area/District leadership.
• Hire, onboard, and train staff in partnership with Area Manager.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, licenses, and local regulations.
