Qualifications

• Proven leadership in a senior management role (3+ years) in high-volume service settings such as spa, hospitality, or retail.
• Strong track record in managing daily operations, scheduling, inventory, and policy compliance.
• Experience with budgeting, P&L analysis, and financially driven decision making.
• Experience recruiting, training, and mentoring diverse teams.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high client satisfaction.
• Ability to set and achieve sales goals, drive marketing initiatives, and grow memberships.
• Able to adapt in a dynamic business environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all clinic operations and service delivery to members and guests.
• Drive membership sales and retail revenue, collaborating with the franchise owner on goals.
• Manage financial transactions and ensure accuracy of records.
• Maintain optimal inventory and prevent overstocking.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations including labor laws for staff.
• Address customer concerns promptly and maintain a safe, therapeutic environment.
• Recruit, train, and mentor staff with ongoing coaching and evaluations.
• Create and manage staff schedules to ensure coverage during business hours.
