Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a senior management role (3+ years) in a high-volume, service-oriented setting.
• Experience overseeing daily operations, staff management, scheduling, inventory, and policy compliance.
• Budgets, P&L analysis, and strategies to hit financial targets.
• Proven ability to recruit, train, and mentor diverse teams.
• Strong customer service focus with issue resolution skills.
• Track record of setting and achieving sales goals and driving growth.
• Comfortable in dynamic environments requiring adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily clinic operations to ensure seamless service delivery for members and guests.
• Drive membership sales and retail revenue, collaborating with franchise owner on goals.
• Manage financial transactions, deposits, and overall financial performance.
• Oversee inventory, reorder levels, and product availability.
• Ensure compliance with all laws, licensing, and labor regulations.
• Resolve customer issues promptly to maintain a safe, therapeutic environment.
• Recruit, train, and mentor staff; conduct regular performance evaluations.
• Create and manage staff schedules to cover all hours of operation.
