Massage Envy is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a team of caring professionals, drive memberships, and deliver an outstanding client experience. You will work with the Regional Manager to crush sales goals, build strong relationships with members, and ensure the wellness center operates smoothly.

The ideal candidate has leadership and sales experience in service industries, excels at coaching, and fosters a positive culture.

• Have management and sales experience, preferably in a personal service environment such as a spa, salon, or gym.
• Are natural leaders who can build relationships while motivating, coaching and supporting a team.
• Capable of handling tough conversations in a professional and constructive manner.

Responsibilities

• Manage all operational aspects including driving memberships, promoting retail sales, guiding the team, overseeing inventory, ensuring compliance with all laws.

• Resolve customer challenges while maintaining a safe, therapeutic environment.
