Massage Envy in the United States is seeking a senior operations leader to run daily clinic operations, drive membership growth, and ensure financial integrity. You will manage staff, schedules, inventory, and compliance while delivering exceptional customer service and a safe, therapeutic environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in a senior management role within a high-volume, service-oriented business (retail, spa, wellness or hospitality).
• Oversee daily operations including staff management, scheduling, inventory control and policy compliance.
• Experience budgeting, analyzing profit and loss statements, and driving financial targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead Daily Operations: oversee clinic operations and ensure seamless service delivery to members and guests.
• Drive Sales and Membership Growth: implement strategies to increase membership sales and retail revenue with the franchise owner.
• Manage Financial Transactions: handle deposits, monitor financial performance and maintain accurate records.
• Oversee Inventory Management: maintain optimal levels and place orders to avoid stockouts or overstocking.
• Ensure Compliance: adhere to local, state, and federal regulations including labor laws and licensing for massage therapists and estheticians.
• Resolve Customer Issues: address concerns promptly, ensuring a safe and therapeutic environment.
• Develop and Train Staff: recruit, train, mentor and evaluate staff, providing ongoing coaching.
• Schedule Management: create and manage staff schedules for coverage across business hours.
• Foster Workplace Culture: promote Massage Envy values of optimism, gratitude, excellence, consistency and empathy.
