Qualifications

• 3+ years in a senior management role in a high-volume service business.
• Experience overseeing daily operations, staff, scheduling, inventory, and compliance.
• Experience managing budgets, analyzing P&L, and driving financial targets.
• Proven ability to recruit, train, and mentor a diverse team.
