Job summary

Massage Envy in Winston-Salem seeks a General Manager to oversee day-to-day clinic operations, including sales, customer service, staffing and overall management. You will uphold Massage Envy values and promote wellness services while delivering best-in-class guest experiences.

The role requires leadership, coaching, and the ability to manage performance, schedules and compliance with brand standards. Nights/weekends may be required to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma plus at least 2 years of related experience or training.
• Proficient with computers and basic software used in clinics and offices.
• Strong communication, leadership and customer service skills are essential.
• Ability to lead staff, manage front desk operations and ensure quality service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day clinic operations including sales, service and staffing.
• Lead front desk coverage and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Coach staff, monitor performance, and report to Area/District management.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and company policies.
• Hire, onboard and develop clinic staff in partnership with leadership.
