Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of related experience and/or training in a service operations or healthcare/retail setting.
• Ability to read, write, and comprehend instructions, correspondence and memos.
• Ability to analyze problems and implement solutions.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead front desk coverage, minimum 25 hours per week.
• Coach staff through ongoing development and performance reviews.
• Maintain alignment with Area Manager and District Manager on issues.
• Ensure clinic meets monthly and annual performance goals.
• Conduct daily huddles and support staff with coaching.
• Maintain compliant operations, inventory, and facilities.
• Hire, onboard, and train staff with Area Manager support.
