Job summary

CHI Health Good Samaritan in Kearney, NE is seeking a patient-facing Front Desk/Customer Service Associate to greet visitors, check in members, and resolve questions. You will compile and maintain records for the Wellness Center, support Pro Shop and Energy Stop services, assist with events, and ensure a welcoming lobby, signage, and clear program communication.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No prior experience required.
• Availability for full-time shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service, to include checking members in and problem solving for all customer.
• Compiles and processes information for the Wellness Center, includes typing, filing, auditing, copying, maintaining and monitoring department and membership records.
• Provides department services including Pro Shop and Energy Stop services to members
• Helps with planning, scheduling, and organizing of special projects and events.
• Maintains front desk and lobby, including boards, event signage and facility program communication
• Perform value added activities which result in positive financial performance and customer satisfaction
• Performs other related duties as signed or requested by manager
