Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking a Wellness Center Ambassador to warmly welcome guests at the Health and Wellness Center and ensure a positive experience. The role supports registration, scheduling, and patient flow while upholding professional standards.

You will interact with patients and visitors, provide clerical support, and help with check-in, digital self-service, and environmental upkeep. A friendly, resourceful team player with strong communication is ideal.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum one year of working experience.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Computer skills.
• Past experience with Matrix reporting environment

Responsibilities

• Greet all guests and facilitate their visit through the Wellness Center.
• Assist with registration, scheduling and check-in when required.
• Direct patients to locations and provide wayfinding as needed.
• Answer phones and route inquiries according to policy.
• Maintain lobby areas and monitor environmental conditions.
• Support clerical tasks and provide secretarial assistance as assigned
