Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health’s Wellness Center is seeking a dedicated ambassador to greet guests and assist with scheduling and registration. You will support wayfinding, provide clerical help, and ensure a positive, cohesive experience for every patient and visitor.

Ideal candidates bring a High School diploma or GED, at least one year of experience, strong communication skills, and comfort with Matrix reporting in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent required.
• Minimum of one year of working experience.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with professionalism under stress.
• Highly resourceful, organized with strong interpersonal, verbal communication, problem-solving and service recovery skills.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Past experience with Matrix reporting environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients/visitors at the Wellness Center.
• Assist with wayfinding and provide clerical support to ensure a positive experience.
• Check in patients or assist with quick registration or scheduling as needed.
• Ensure the patient/visitor has a positive and cohesive experience throughout their visit.
